Once services have been rendered or parts have been installed, we cannot provide refunds. This policy applies to all services provided, including but not limited to computer and laptop repairs, data recovery, screen replacements, and any other technical support. Each device is carefully diagnosed, and repair or recovery processes are initiated only after customer approval. We use only quality parts and industry-standard procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes.
In cases where repairs or replacements do not meet expectations, we will work with you to resolve any issues within the scope of our service terms. If further issues arise post-repair, we offer additional support, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. If a repair or data recovery service does not resolve the issue due to previously undisclosed hardware failures or pre-existing conditions, additional fees may apply for further work, which also remains non-refundable.
