Sikander was so helpful to me, would absolutely recommend him! I had a laptop that had had some issues, and I went to him for help deciding what to do. He provided an amazing breakdown of my situation, and was able to educate me really well on my options. When I asked to take a few days to consider, he wasn’t pushy at all, and td me to take my time. While I didn’t end up getting repairs from him, I will certainly be coming back to get my computer serviced every year. Highly recommend, it’s amazing tech support done locally!

Skander was available outside normal business hours. He is a skilled laptop/computer tech. In one day, he recovered my lost data from a laptop that suffered a fried motherboard. He was able to offer an excellent replacement laptop, at a fair price, all set up and ready to use.
He also was able to do a full disk recovery from the broken laptop's internal drive. And he did it in a matter of hours, not weeks or days that others estimated.
His prices are fair, reasonable, and of high value.
He'll be my go-to guy for any tech repairs in the future.

I had a MacBook Pro that would not boot. Took it to an expert who couldn't retrieve my files/data. Called Siklander and he said he could. In less then 24 hours he diagnosed the problem and mirrored my old hard drive to my new laptop. Getting my tax returns restored was a lifesaver. The skill and speed he displayed is truly remarkable. Sikander provided excellent service and a very quick turnaround when I unexpectedly needed to replace a laptop that I thought was in for a straightforward repair, but which Sikander diagnosed as having bigger issues that created the risk of shutting me down. Within 24 hours I had a new computer onto which my data had been transferred. Sikander was patient with my questions and spent time walking me through some of the features of the new computer, willing to troubleshoot as we discovered some quirks in the data transfer.
